Day 280 - Neo

This photo was taken remotely during a virtual photo shoot test run with my friend in England.
Not too shabby I would say for a virtual shot.
The real shoot will be on Monday.

My day was fully packed today with 2 Yoga sessions in the morning - one my usual one first thing and the other one at 9 am was run by my NETwalking community and was a mix of Yoga and an accountability session.
Followed by a call with Aleksandra to sort details out for her virtual shoot on Monday, then Sangha session with Enrico and - like yesterday I flicked the course work inbetween everything.
Feeling shattered now and am looking for food next.
