Puzzled No More

Started the day with a bit of namaste - that's two weeks of daily yoga now.  And I completed my yoga jigsaw puzzle - yeah!

Later I read about Ron Hill in the Runner's World Magazine.  Apart from winning the marathon gold at the 1970 Olympics he holds the world record for the longest daily running streak of 52 years and 39 days!!!  So I've got a way to go yet!

Made an apple and blackberry crumble using the last of the allotment blackberrys from the freezer.   But we've still got lots of apples stored in the allotment shed.
