Mum's penknife

I found my mum's penknife today as I have not done very much today between weather and not feeling great.

I remember mum having this when I was a child and I am guessing it has to be at least 60yr old if not more but I have no idea and guessing roughly the age but cannot see a name/brand or anything on it. It is now mine
and hopefully will get passed on one day.
