Squirrels, squirrels and more squirrels

Dear Diary, 

Gaylord and Gracie today...they do make charming models.  But honestly, I can't think of anything but the inauguration tomorrow.  Tonight will be the memorial event at the Lincoln Memorial for all those 400,000 Americans who have lost their lives to Covid.  I saw the light show on the Mall last night with the 57 pillars of light and the 200,000 flags from every state as well as the stars and stripes.  Very impressive. Joe Biden's speech tomorrow is much anticipated.  One more day...
