Reaching for the sun

A quick in and out after work to go down the mountain for a dental appointment (just assessment/ quote....looks like I need wisdoms out even though they are not bothering me- apparently they will...arghh) .After our weekly shop, a run through the vineyards. Was much warmer than last few weeks and I had a good run - making progress on a few strava segments.
Blip taken from the centre of the village               ( Yvorne) where we parked looking up towards the mountains across the Rhone valley in a southerly direction. Zoom apero with a friend later and then a  Swiss favourite of ours strangly named 'cholera'- a pie layered with apples, leeks, potatoes, cheese and nutmeg....see extra.
