Pizza, and missing Italy

We are blessed with many excellent pizza chefs in Adelaide, partly due to the influx of young Italians who started migrating here during the global financial crisis. This pizza and mozzarella bar is in the building where I work. The aroma grabs me every time I enter or leave the office. Surprisingly, I have only been here three times in the five + years it has existed. Today was one of those times. Lunch with my husband. Buonissima.
