From My Mum

These were in the latest little parcel of stuff to arrive from my mum. The promised "shortbread shapes" are a total disappointment though. They are not cut into the shape of a westie playing bagpipes, but instead the boring fingers and petticoat tails of a normal tin of shortbread.

And this is for DG - "Shortbread tastes better from a tin". It's true. But don't ask how.

Other than that I had quite a good day. Had one of those "oh" moments after trying to decipher code for the best part of 6 hours which made me feel very relieved and just a bit stupid. Tomorrow I move on to testing. Huzzah for that.
