Abstractions

Another cold but blue sky day.  

Save for a brisk walk round the block, today has been a quiet day at home. I have ordered new teal bedding for the spare bed in my office, made cheese scones and cucumber, lettuce and spring onion soup (surprisingly tasty) and will be making dhal and nan bread this evening to go with the left over vegetable curry from yesterday. 

We watched the final two episodes of Spiral last night - they were very tense, even more so than expected.  We then watched the start of the first one which was first broadcast 15 years ago - everyone looked so young.  Tonight we will be dipping into Celtic Connections.
