Not-much-snow-day

The snow covering needed to be measured in millimetres. Tried capturing some of the frozen blobs on one of our waiting-to-be-sawn-up logs. Found I needed to use the little LED to give enough contrast to show the structure. Going in closer didn't work overall - the crystals were clear in places but I couldn't get the depth of field I needed. Will have to practise with stacking, but not at that temperature!
