Frost Close-up

Another beautiful sunny day here, with heavy frost but no snow.
We had a very, very slow start again and didn`t venture out until noon.  I was glad to see most of the frost still hadn`t melted because I was keen to get some macro shots.  We walked west on the coastal path but it wasn`t good underfoot.  It was either ice or mud, so very little traction. We mucked about on the shore for a while checking out the rock pools covered with ice, then I set about getting some close-ups of frost.
We headed back to town and walked around the harbour, chatted to a couple of people, then made our way home.
Feeling a bit weary and lackluster today.
