Snow through the lychgate

We had another snowfall during the night adding to yesterday's.  The sun has been shining all day which always adds to it's beauty.

It had frozen overnight so it was late morning when I ventured out when some of it had thawed.  My blip is a view through the wooden panels of the lychgate in the Garden of Remembrance and my extra is of the back of the castle with a family enjoying the snow.

This afternoon the roads were clear so F and I went to do our food shopping and fortunately the shop was very quiet..  .
