Sgwarnog: In the Field

Paradox

The winter paradox of clear, sunny skies and hard, frozen ground. (Only a seeming paradox I know, I'm aware of the physics involved.) At least I didn't have to wade through the mud today.

It seems to have been November since I last did one of these.

A little further along I surprised a solitary Lapwing, unusual on this side of the moor and it seemed early for it to be scoping out breeding grounds.
