Closed and tagged

My response to Picturemull's  image this week is what was once a lovely building, then boarded up with a lovely mural in it's better days and now just a tagged and derelict building.  I am not sure why the windows were open and I wonder if there are squatters in there.  

I have to say there used to be a time where I would be spoilt for choice for derelict buildings with tags but there has been such a lot of development in town I was hard pressed to find one.
