A Very Rare View

(First of all, thank you from snow cat, Preston, for all the love you sent him. Today he did not go into the deep snow, I think he learned from yesterday’s experience!)

Snow down to the Valley floor like this has not happened for a few years, and usually Lake Geneva (Lac Leman) in the distance, is covered with fog. To see it, on our big ski tour up to Le Gros Châtillon, was quite a surprise. And the powder .... it was deep and soft once we got off the tricky summit part. Some extras for the skiers amongst you, and apologies for making you wish you could come out this winter.
