A Very Rare View

(First of all, thank you from snow cat, Preston, for all the love you sent him. Today he did not go into the deep snow, I think he learned from yesterday’s experience!)

Snow down to the Valley floor like this has not happened for a few years, and usually Lake Geneva (Lac Leman) in the distance, is covered with fog. To see it, on our big ski tour up to Le Gros Châtillon, was quite a surprise. And the powder .... it was deep and soft once we got off the tricky summit part.
