Home comforts

The room which has become my de facto home office is also our spare room and before that was A's room. 

I am spending more time in it as a consequence of lockdown and plan to redecorate fully in due course. In the meantime I decided to do a mini-makeover. The blip shows the after and the extra the before (which will come out when A visits). 

Of course this is all so trivial with the news today on  the UK death toll exceeding 100,000. It is hard to picture exactly what this means - so many people losing their lives prematurely, so many families and friends bereft of loved one.
