Hilarious horse

I gave this little fellow to my Dad as a stocking filler one Christmas nearly forty years ago. All the parts that make up this three centimetre tall wooden horse are held together by elastic which is attached to a disc inside the hollow base. When the disc is pressed it relaxes the elastic, causing the horse to collapse into all sorts comical positions (extra). This simple "toy" reduced us to tears of laughter on several occasions that Christmas.
