Looking in

I bought two bunches of tulips last week and these ones have been extraordinary.. the yellow ones have stood stiff and upright all week.. these purple ones sulked when I put them in the vase.. gradually lifted themselves over the next 24 hours.. when I topped up the water the blooms sagged once more. another 24 hours and they were up again but they arranged themselved in a fan like a peacock tail.. very odd!!  Anyway.. looking inside they appear to have a wonderful yellow base... nice complimentary colours.

Another (second) window .. or should I say hole has appeared on the house next door.. again not in the place on the application.. so that is two instead of one window and neither in the right place.. sent a second photo to the council requesting urgent attention (fat chance)
