This is the budget launch vehicle offering from Elon Musk.

Costs are kept down as they do not have to use a launch control tower. The rocket is held in place by these large nuts and bolts. When they are ready to launch the primary team (know as unlockers) removes the top nuts. Then after the blue touch paper is lit the secondary team (known as complete nutters) armed with air wrenches remove the main nuts and then run like hell as the rocket whooshes skywards…

Not unknown to have a few singed eyebrows…. :-)
