Another Fixer Upper Or Two

The weather is rather fine today, and after breakfast we headed off to Craigtoun Country Park by a different route there.

I stopped to take look at the first Fixer Upper. This is Dairsie Old Church about 2 km south east of Daisie.

It is listed Grade A and has been lying empty for at least 25 years. We examined the building for a client some twenty five years ago. He wanted to convert into a house.

Planning Permission was refused because there was no space for private garden. The building has remained unused for the last 25 years.

The extra shows Craigtoun Mansionhouse. Planning permission was granted to convert into "fractional ownership" apartments about 12 years ago.

Nothing has happened.

Time for lunch.
