Covid Bear

During the major lockdown in New Zealand from March until May last year, many people put teddy bears (or other soft toys) in their windows or on their fences or poking out of their postboxes to give children something to look out for when out on their daily walk. There was even a website where they could be tracked. This little chap doesn’t seem to have made it back inside.  The other photo is of a postbox I saw today when walking around Meadowbank - ornamental and functional at the same time.
