Fading light

Back very sore today (burning), but only a couple of big bruises to show for my fall. Decided that I needed to loosen up, so walked up into St Ives and took what I know to be some of the quieter paths initially, then did a circuit of the pond.  The no entry signs at one end had been recently repainted, but the paint has now washed away, so most people were going the “wrong way”:round the pond.  Not too busy though as the light was fading, and I liked this view through the tangled branches around the pond.  The pathway I took on the way out still looked rather autumnal (extra).  Glad to get out in the fresh air, although my back had had enough by the time I reached home.
