Snow and catkins

Which about captures February, really: hints of spring among the fading (I hope) echoes of winter.
After the heavy snowfall in the early hours this morning, our hilly street is impassable to ordinary cars. I popped out early to the park across the road, to catch a few images before it got busy with very happy children.  
I don't think the snow will stay long, as rain is forecast for later. But it has looked stunning this morning.
