A Dry Day by the Lake

The weather forecast said dry with sunny spells, especially in the morning!
So I got the dry, but the sun couldn't really get through properly. However, it's certainly brighter than it has been and worth going down to the lake!

I met Jean down there and we walked along the lake front before taking the metro up to the town to get a steamed takeaway from a little place we know!  It was so strange seeing each other after two months!  We said we would meet up in two weeks' time again down by the lake. He has a regular ferry service from neighbouring France in Evian. Who knows? They may even open up the outside terraces by the beginning of March!
