The Land of Sparkle and Shine

The news on this day was all about icicles, which developed quickly on the eaves of the house. I walked under those icicles to get to the deck, where I spent more than an hour clearing snow. And resolved to bring my camera back: for pictures, you know.

I shot a bunch of photos out through the icicles into the light, and I marveled at the colors and patterns and textures in the pictures. They are pretty; like chandeliers when the light hits them. Welcome to the land of sparkle and shine!
