Light at the End of the Tunnel

I've spent much of my time today on the phone dealing with my parents.
Spoken with them half a dozen times, their carers quite a few times, their surgery once, the hospital once, the ambulance crew a few times along with a few texts and I now know one of the crew by name and finally the fantastic doctor at the hospital once too. Nothing life threatening but so much confusion especially with a dementia scenario which has muddied the waters somewhat. Much to organise. Thankful for other peoples patience and expertise.

All, that is everyone concerned has been just great, really helpful but I owe Jack the ambulance guy who has been ace a massive thank you.
