Morning has broken.

A little oasis of peace and quiet this morning. A bit of mindfulness looking at nature in these pretty flowers sent by my daughter. Reflection on my sister in law who has been estranged from us since her mother died and who died herself this week. Then reading a Psalm to offer up thanks to the God who loves us and holds us.
Grateful today for the sun creeping through the window. For time to think and breath and for encouraging words.
