This, is what cold looks like.

It’s clear and cold out there tonight but it looks beautiful. Tonight is the promise of -33C and tomorrow it’s -36 or -37 depends who you believe in.

And then there is the threat of windchill. That’s what the skin feels when the temperature and the wind combine to make it feel cold. I don’t normally give it much credit, but tonight it will feel like -35 and, groan, tomorrow evening will feel like -45C. So we won’t be traveling far from home that’s for sure.

But the cold sure can look beautiful, as it does tonight.
