Orchard swallowtail butterfly

I know, it's not Tuesday and I don't intend to make insects dominant in my blips. But I don't see many of these, and I haven't seen anything silly for Silly Saturday all day. Sometimes the cat will come across but she's not in the mood today.

The orchard swallowtail butterfly lays its eggs on the leaves of plants in the Rutaceae family which includes citrus. It was probably sniffing around our lime tree. The hatched eggs' grubs are not pretty, all spiky, but then most grubs aren't an oil painting.
