Aksel's house, side door

I've blipped Aksel's house for derelict Sunday twice before after he vacated it: the exterior on 23 October and the interior on 27 November, 2021. Nothing has happened to it since it was sold so I am free to wander around it.

The photo is of a rusty side door, with a wet streak from the rain, leading to the back yard. The soft evening light made the colours pop. You'll probably see a few more shots of Aksel's house before they get in and do the big gut-and-renovate.
