Those were the days!

What an awful day. Heavy rain none stop.
So decided to do a bit more on Ancestry.
Looking back at Mr C’s side of the family.
Came across these photos in a box of stuff, which included birth certificates of his great great grandparents on his mum’s side.

The top photo is Drighlington Junior football team 1913 - 1914.
The bottom photo is Drighlington Juniors 1955 - 1956. A certain Mr C can be seen on the back row.

Thought I might tag it for Silly Saturday, but maybe not. They took it very seriously.
