Eye Test

As we have to drive to Grantham tomorrow to get our COVID jabs I thought that I had better makes sure my eyes were up to it, so I took the car for a run out.  As the trip to Grantham is not quite as far as Barnards Castle I reckoned a quick spin around the village should do. 
 
I thought that I should put the sun shield on so that I would not get dazzled.  Better safe than sorry, although I did notice a couple of bumps when I went past some trees.
 
And it’s not even Saturday. (Now why didn’t I think of this yesterday . . . ??)
 
Actually I did blow the cobwebs out of the engine, and prepared for the forecasted snow.  If it proves to bad we may well postpone our jabs.
