Setting the Standard

Monday is here again! Whohoo! ;)

Sore arm continues to heal, can hardly feel it now.

Had an external assessment today, all went well, our assessor audits a number of the big boys and he's always complimentary about the high standard we're setting.  He does test us though, which pushes us to continually improve.  Which is what these assessments are all about.

Haven't managed to get out, but tomorrow I will.  It is trying to snow but I doubt anything will come of it.
