Ham Steak

Ham steak, cornbread, broccoli, pesto Jack, and dates. Wine: Stolpman La Cuadrilla 2018.

Tonight's wine was an unusual blend, but it was quite good. I've yet to have a Stolpman I didn't like (in general, The Ballard Canyon AVA in Santa Barbara County is one of my favorite wine growing areas on the planet). This was a blend of 70% Syrah, 15% Grenache (so far, nothing odd), and 15% Sangiovese (wait, what??).
