Summer Sausage

Turkey summer sausage, cauliflower gratin, salad, and dates.

This was a somewhat eclectic dinner. The summer sausage was the last from a gift box we got around the holidays and was approaching its best by date. It was also the unappetizing one of the bunch, confirming the instinct that lead to its being the last we ate (this is not an appropriate context for turkey). The cauliflower was excellent. We also have some lemons that need going through, so a Corpse Reviver No. 2 shall follow.
