Steak

Sous vide strip steak, turnips with piment d'Espelette and sumac, and spinach. Wine: Bel Ormeau Côtes de Blaye 2016.

The wine was good, and excellent for how inexpensive it was. Trying sumac on the turnips was a whim but got good reviews (my husband, who insists he likes turnips in spite of this description, said my seasoning tonight "offset the murky pond water taste that turnips have").
