Gate to the Lake

Finally started feeling human again after my tonsillitis, so took a walk to the edge of the lake just by the theatre. Temperatures have been dropping for a couple of days, and although the East of the country has loads of snow, we've had none, but the edge of the lake has started to worked well.freeze. I thought the quality of light this morning was great, and the view across the lake to Catbells and the Newlands valley was lovely.
