I couldn't choose so I did a collage of my favourites from our walk today. We had the first three hours in bright sunshine, ate our sandwiches in the nature reserve and then it blizzarded  for an hour... after which the sun came out again - our weather isn't often boring. Thankfully the mud was boring as it was mostly frozen today.

John wanted to visit Hilton Nature Reserve again to explore further so we went by a direct route so as to allow maximum time in the reserve. It really is a lovely place and it'll be interesting to visit more at different times of the year.
