Little and Large

A lot of slipping and sliding as the birds made their way over the ice towards the small area of open water. The black-headed gulls, with their tiny feet, were able to run on the ice but that was just not possible for the swans or the geese.

Another beautiful day. A frosty start but no further snow. The main roads are completely snow and ice free but many side roads are still quite tricky who tend to have a more lumbering action.

Covid jab administered this afternoon .... hoping to avoid any of the side effects but only time will tell.
