Still or already blooming

I'm very amazed, that this plant is still or already blooming.
I was even more amazed, that there was hiding a lice in it.
Stupidly I forgot the name of the plant, Clara or Hugo or something like that ;-) and I couldn't identify it with the help of the www.

Now, weeks later, I found it. It is arabis or Gänsekresse :-)
