Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

SNOW

It did arrive overnight.  The first real snow for Seattle this winter….and it won’t last long.   Seattle doesn’t even have dedicated snowplows…trucks have to be fitted with snow removal equipment and some streets are too steep for anything.    So the city pretty much shuts down (it sort of was already…).  It was good snow for snowmen I think…wet and sticky and slippery when matted down so I didn’t venture far.   But it was gorgeous.  The birds were grateful that H filled the feeders in the back patio.

And there is a wee collage in extra around this condo…to record…it might be gone in a day.    2 vizslas, 2 skiers and a family. Our little decks

The other extra is poor Cocoa Bean , less than 2 days after surgery to unobstruct her gut of bamboo.  she’s never seen snow before so lots of new things for her…She’s mostly laying low, just glad she’s ok. (You can see the bamboo in the background…hummm…a fence needed?)
