Sunday haircut....

A change in the air this morning. Cold first thing but by 10am it was as if someone had turned the heating on, a thaw well and truly started.
Kev made it as far as the T junction along the road before abandoning his car at a drift and walking in.
Once cattle were fed , got him to give me a hand to sort out the cattle for the market tomorrow before he left.
I gave them a tidy up with the clippers , but didn’t belly clip them as don’t think the back would stand it. They will just need to get done at the mart and charge me for it, even if it goes against my frugalness !
Had to go next door this afternoon as wee brother had got his tractor stuck in a drift on the farm road . Tried pulling him out with another tractor but no joy so had to dig a path in to him with the loader tractor before we managed to get him out.
By tonight it had turned to rain and wind so the place is turning back to browns and greens again.
