Still raining first thing.
Cattle fed then set Kev on mucking out and bedding cattle while I did the usual bagging up barley ready for tomorrow.
An afternoon spreading slurry. Didn't make too much mess of the grass field ,which I was surprised about after yesterday's constant rain. Emptied the rain gauge tonight and that's another inch,so two inches since yesterday morning.
Littlemiss having her pals round for a valentine's day party this afternoon. Think there were only 7 or 8 of them but the noise sounded like a lot more. Must say their singing was very good though.
Did my annual valentine's Day on the cheap,card from an old SAI note pad,at least 30 years old, snowdrops from the garden and the chocolate nicked from the kitchen cupboard. Still, it's the thought that counts,right !
