Quack quack...

I usually ignore Mallards as there are so many at the nature reserve that I tend not to see them but today the sun was just catching this one as he was deliberating whether or not to jump into the water and I thought he looked lovely.  It was quieter out today but really muddy which made walking harder but on the whole it was a much nicer day.

Friends tell me that through lockdown they find they're doing more cooking and baking than they'd normally do;  I'm finding the same too and wondering if when it's all over we'll all be two sizes bigger. :-)
