Shrove Tuesday

With everything going on in the world, nearly forgot it was Pancake Day! I cheated and got a add water mix, however hubby added too much liquid. This meant we had more than we should ....... they were yummy though. :)

How do you eat yours ........ I’m a lemon and sugar girl :)

Busy day at work, not initially but as the day went on it ramped up. Always the way when you have a couple of days planned off work. Back Friday, couple of days respite :)
