Spotlight On Joe Tree

A thank you to Joe Tree, the Blipfoto founder. Before it went viral, it was just Joe. October 21, 2004. 
The closest I could find to October 21 was this October 23, 2013, from my personal archives, and labeled here with that date. This was from the often frequented Mt. Tabor, in Portland, Oregon. It would be a few years until I started my own journal.

I am wondering when the 'many' joined in with Joe's passion.
