Up the River

I haven't been very far today. It's been a rotten day with wind howling through anytime you open a door. I did my rowing indoors and only decided much later to go out for a short walk after the rain had passed through.

Yesterday's belated birthday meal was delicious and we had the second instalment at lunchtime. This was the Mull cheddar with some lovely crackers and a Tipsy Lord trifle to follow.

My blip is a long view up the river with the Teign bridge, Newton Abbot and Denbury Hill on the skyline.
