Always on a Saturday!

Not the official Silly Saturday, but walking through St Ives today I saw a couple of things which amused me.  I went into the hide and thought I could see a bird on a tree trunk.  When I zoomed in I realised it was some sort of bracket fungus.  With a hole in the trunk above like an eye I thought it looked like a duck!  Walking up the Lane past the car park a campervan drove past me  - amused by the name, although I would have expected Girty to have an “E” not an “I”!  (extra).  Not as many people around as I’d expected on a weekend, but I did stick to the quieter paths apart from along to the bird hide.  Quite a warm breeze blowing in spite of it being a dull grey day.
