Meal Monitor

Our Main Meal Monitor is still working.
Since the new year we have been limiting our red meat and increasing fish.
We are basing our main meal on red meat just once each week, white meat once a week, fish twice a week and the rest vegan or vegetarian.
I'm using simple coloured dots on a magnetic board to record what we are eating and it is working out fine.
