Good timing - we got back dry. And a bit muddy. A day of prolonged periods of heavy rain.

Made some ratatouille this morning.

Watched the Scottish Government statement from Holyrood on the review of restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus Regulations. The First Minister’s quote "It is by being cautious, careful and patient for the next period - while the vaccination programme progresses - that we will make the route out of lockdown as safe and sustainable as possible" feels right. Some outline of the way ahead was given, more details in 3 weeks when data is clearer. Today’s announcements have significant implications for several events planned in our family in April and beyond. As anticipated, media and Opposition are not content and there’s been endless comparison with Westminster’s statement yesterday, (which clearly must be viewed as ambition - as can’t be based on data).
A vaccination appointment for a week today was received by close family member. He knows of several others in same category recently contacted.
