Tufted Duck

A cloudier, more subdued day today! But no rain so bonus!

We got over to RHS Hyde Hall for a gentle walk round first thing this morning which was nice. Having visited the gardens for many years, we've seen so many changes over the years and I have to say I'm not a big fan of the 'park' feeling that they seem to be going towards! I want inspiration to take home to use in my own garden but it seems to be lacking there at the moment.  Still, it's good for getting out in the fresh air and photo opps!  There was a group of tufted ducks there today, amongst the geese and ducks, which made a change from the norm!
